Community Realty

Community Realty is a project of the Affordable Housing Partnership of the Capital Region Inc., a not-for-profit corporation with offices located at 255 Orange Street, Albany, New York 12210.

Together with partner organizations, they work to promote affordable homeownership and strengthen area neighborhoods by offering a wide range of services to help home buyers throughout the region. Community Realty. They are a newly formed realty company, sponsored by and partnering with a group of non-profits, and operating only as buyer's brokers.
